Description: In 2007 the Office of Public Works signed the contract to refurbish the existing Courthouse in Thurles. The overall cost for the refurbishment work was €4.5 million. Central to the refurbishment work was to provide disabled access to all floors of the existing building. The project was started on time and finished on schedule and handed over to the Clients (OPW) on the 20th October 2008.
