Description: In 2007 the Office of Public Works went out to tender the refurbishment work at Sarsfield House, Francis Street, Limerick City. Mid Western Lifts Ltd were sucessful. The refurbishment consisted of 4 side drive traction lifts being completly replaced with modern machine room less traction drive units. Also the refurbhishment of an old two floor Hydraulic passenger lift with travel of 11 meters. We replaced the motor, controller, doors and lift car.
