Key Features: All lifts being installed on this project are machine room less electric traction drive units. The energy rating of these units is much lower than the hydraulic units, quieter; no machine rooms required and better levelling accuracy.
All passenger escalators being installed are equipped with a VVVF energy saving device. This allows each escalator to reduce speed when not in use and speeds up again when somebody needs to use the escalator. The units fitted will also include a number of additional options such as VF bypass, spot LED lighting and sprinkler pipes in the unit behind the stainless steel cladding.
