Maintenance Agreements
Mid Western Lifts currently provide maintenance services for lifts, escalators and passenger conveyors manufactured by a broad range of suppliers which we have installed or which were installed by other lift company's. We can offer maintenance agreements ranging from basic examination and inspection to full comprehensive maintenance on all types of equipment.
Standard Maintenance Agreement
This covers regular planned preventative maintenance. Breakdown calls, planned repiar work and spare parts excluding consumerables would be charged as extra.
Semi Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement
This covers regular planned preventative maintenance and attending to breakdown calls during our offices' normal working hours. Spare parts excluding consumerables and planned repair work would be charged as extra.
Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement
This covers regular planned preventative maintenance, attending to breakdown calls during our offices' normal working hours and supplying component parts.
To reflect our confidence in our equipment we can also offer you a Twenty Year Comprehensive Warranty that will cover regular planned preventative maintenance, attending to breakdown calls during our offices' normal working hours and replacing all component parts,
Our main office is based in Limerick and we have offices in Dublin and Belfast as well as having storage depots located in Waterford, Cork, Galway and Athlone.
All these service technicians have a modern company vehicle fully equipped to carry out routine maintenance and attend to breakdowns effectively and efficiently. All our engineers also carry a full range of frequently required spare parts. We also have repair crews at our disposal where major repairs are required, so as not to effect our response times to emergency call-outs.
We also provide a twenty four hour monitoring service for all the lifts. This service covers the monitoring of the lift only and once the auto-dialler in the lift car is activated we can have it programmed to ring our monitoring station. Our new auto-dialler's are equipped with anti-nuisance filtering to prevent passengers accidentally activating the auto-dialler during normal operation. They are also equipped with regular self checking to ensure operation of the auto-dialler and the phone line.
